Empowering families to birth in a new way
“Birth Matters. It matters because it is the way we all begin our lives outside of our source, our mother's bodies. It's the means from which we enter and feel our first impression of the wider world. For each mother, it is an event that shakes and shapes her to her innermost core. Women's perceptions about their bodies and their babies' capabilities will be deeply influenced by the care they receive around the time of birth.”
Combining earth medicine, shamanic teachings, emotional clearing, intuitive touch, and informed and practical information, as your doula, I assist you in re-membering how powerful, sacred, and intuitive birth is.
The truth is, you have all you need within you.
I am here to hold space, support, encourage, and nourish you and your family.

Birth is one of, if not the most sacred, precious, and mysterious events that we all experience as human beings. The cellular memories of our birth, our Mother’s birth, and so on, live in us and directly impact how we experience life. My deepest wish for humanity is that we have more instinctive and compassionate ecstatic births so that in turn, we have a more peaceful, blissful, and awakened world.

As a doula, my role is to provide my clients with emotional, physical, and informational support so that they have the birth they wish to. I offer clear and unbiased support and hold space for people to discover and uncover what they truly desire for their births. I am here to treat you like the Goddess you are, to hold space for you as you journey into Motherhood, to love and support you exactly as you are, and to provide you with the most up-to-date and reliable information out there, so that you can make well-informed decisions and feel empowered to give birth on your terms.

Birth and Postpartum Doula Trainings Completed with Cornerstone Doula Trainings.
I believe that reverence and respect towards the womb, towards women, and towards mothers is vital at this time. As a doula, I take this sacred role very seriously and I honor and support each woman I work with.
“When we as a society begin to value mothers as the givers and supporters of life, then we will see social change in ways that matter.”
